To participate in our multifamily housing program, prospective clients may contact Building Futures’ Assistant Property Manager at (202) 639-0361, x306 and ask to be placed on the waiting list. When a prospective client’s name is at the top of the waiting list, our staff will notify him or her and arrange an interview. It is the prospective client’s responsibility to notify Building Futures of new phone numbers or a new address.
